Through our affiliated title agency, RF Title Services, LLC Robinson Franzman provides a broad array of title and escrow services for commercial transactions including issuing Owner's Policies, Lender's Policies, Leasehold Policies, certificates of title, title and document review, closing and escrow services and recording services. In addition to providing commercial title insurance services, Robinson Title and Escrow provides escrow services for non-real estate related matters such as corporate transactions, as well as provides value-added services such as closing document preparation, document retrieval services, due diligence searches, litigation-related title searches, and title and survey review and commentary.
