Ma’Kishia Anderson is an Atlanta native whose practice and professional experience focus on commercial real estate title matters.
She has practiced in Georgia since 2006 and has extensive experience reviewing title examinations, surveys, title commitments, and complex title issues affecting commercial real estate transactions.
Ma’Kishia has worked with national title insurance underwriters and has substantial experience identifying and curing title defects, including issues arising in multi-state transactions. In her title agency role, she oversees the title process from examination through issuance of title policies.
