Mike represents financial institutions and private lenders in a broad range of areas, including commercial real estate finance, secured lending, and financial services. Mike's representation of lenders includes closing real estate loans, asset-based credit facilities, and dealer floor plan loans, as well as loan modifications, defaults, workouts, refinancing, restructuring of commercial debt outside of bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures of real estate and UCC collateral, foreclosure confirmations and deficiency actions, and the purchase and sale of single loans or entire portfolios.
Mike has also devoted a considerable amount of his practice advising investors, developers, lenders, and utilities on commercial real estate issues including acquisition, management, disposition, easements and rights-of-way, commercial real estate leasing issues, and materialmen's and mechanics liens.
