About
For over 20 years, Matt has focused his practice on commercial real estate transactions and secured lending, and he represents numerous banks and lenders in closing both conventional and SBA 7(A)transactions. Matt also has extensive experience in negotiating purchase contracts for both sellers and buyers of commercial real estate, and advises clients on all aspects of the transaction,including due diligence analysis, title review and clearance, zoning matters, financing and development.
Matt is a native of Atlanta and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from The University of Georgia School of Law in 2002.
Matt lives in Decatur with his wife and two daughters. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running and playing golf.
