Robinson Franzman LLP Bolsters Financial Services Practice by Welcoming Michael R. Wing as Partner

Robinson Franzman LLP ("Robinson") welcomes financial services and commercial real estate attorney Michael R. Wing as partner in the firm's Atlanta office.  Wing joins the firm's national financial services and real estate practices from Balch & Bingham where he lead the financial services team in their Atlanta office. Prior to Balch & Bingham, Mike was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig. Mike's financial services practice focuses on representing financial institutions and private lenders in a broad range of areas, including commercial real estate finance, secured lending, and financial services. Mike's representation of lenders includes closing real estate loans, asset-based credit facilities, and dealer floor plan loans, as well as loan modifications, defaults, workouts, refinancing, restructuring of commercial debt outside of bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures of real estate and UCC collateral, foreclosure confirmations and deficiency actions, and the purchase and sale of single loans or entire portfolios. Mike also represents investors, utility companies, and real estate developers in a broad array of commercial real estate matters such as acquisition, management, disposition, easements and rights-of-way, commercial real estate leasing issues, and materialmen's and mechanics liens.
