Attorney Matt Smith Joins Robinson Franzman LLP as Partner Expanding Its Real Estate Finance and Government Guaranteed Lending Practice

ATLANTA, GA --Robinson Franzman LLP welcomes Matt Smith as a Partner at the firm. Matt has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and secured lending, as well as a robust government guaranteed lending practice including serving as primary SBA 7(a) closing counsel for many financial institutions in Georgia and around the country. Matt also has extensive commercial real estate experience advising both buyer and sellers of commercial real estate, including due diligence issues, title and survey review, zoning matters and real estate development concerns.  Matt joins Robinson Franzman from Andersen Tate and Carr, P.C.

Matt is a native of Atlanta and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. Matt is an active member of the Georgia Quality Lender’s Circle and the Real Estate Section of the Georgia Bar.
